REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration opens June 12, 2017 and closes August 18, 2017.
 
The following information is provided to assist you in registering for The Void 12.
 
The Void will again be using Ride Master to register its riders.

24+ HOUR RIDER INFORMATION
After you have registered with Ride Master as a 24+ hour rider the Rallymasters will send via e-mail the following forms; Emergency Contact Form and Waiver Release Form. Each 24-hour rider (and partner if 2-up) must submit, via snail mail, a completed Emergency Contact Form, a completed Waiver Release Form (printed in color without exception) and proof of insurance in order to complete the registration process.

10-HOUR RIDER INFORMATION
After you have registered with Ride Master as a 10-hour rider the Rallymasters will send via e-mail the Emergency Contact Form. 10-hour riders will complete their registration process when they check in at Rally Headquarters on Friday evening, by showing a picture ID, submitting the Emergency Contact Form e-mailed to you by the Rallymasters, signing a Waiver Release Form and showing your proof of insurance.

RIDE TO EAT INFORMATION
After you have registered with Ride Master as a RTE participant you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Rallymasters. RTE participants will be required to show a picture ID and sign a Waiver Release Form at Rally Headquarters.

INSURANCE
All riders will be required to show proof of insurance in the amount described in the Rules and Regulations section. Proof of insurance is only accomplished by showing your policy’s Declaration Page. Your insurance card will not satisfy this requirement unless it has the amount of coverage listed on it.
 
24+ hour riders will complete this requirement via mail by submitting proof of insurance with their Emergency Contact Form and Waiver Release Form.
 
10-hour riders will accomplish this requirement by showing proof of insurance at initial check-in on Friday evening.

PAYMENT
Payment may be made using PayPal when registering via Ride Master or by mailing a check.

Checks must be made out to Atlantic Coast Rallies, Inc. Any check not made out to Atlantic Coast Rallies, Inc. WILL BE RETURNED.

** Rally T-shirt $12 short sleeve $17 long sleeve (rally shirts are not included in the registration fee – if you want one (or more) you must order it when registering)
 
REGISTRATION
This is a two-step process. You will get an e-mail from Ride Master that you MUST respond to in order to complete the on-line registration process. You will not be completely registered until the Rallymaster receives the required documents.
